This stainless steel-rimmed glass lid was designed in Denmark to fit the "The Square" 28 x 28cm TechnIQ roasting pan. It is made from tempered glass making it easy for you to view your cooking without having to lift the lid. The lid also features a cast steel handle. It is oven safe to 230 degrees Celsius.
